Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance

Option Care Health offers comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits to Team Members working 30 or more hours per week. With a variety of plans with varying deductibles, there’s sure to be an option that’s just right for you and your family.

Option Care Health recognizes that everyone needs time away from work to take care of personal business, travel, spend time with family and friends, or just recharge. In addition to general Paid Time Off (PTO), we also offer a Floating Holiday and Diversity Day to team members. Our Diversity Day allows eligible team members to observe a day of cultural significance most important to them. In addition, Flexible Time Off (FTO) is offered to Manager level and above roles to empower our leaders to manage their time away from work.

401K Retirement Savings Plan with Company Match

Option Care Health wants to be sure you’re prepared for retirement. That’s why we offer a 100% match on the first 4% you contribute to the plan. Team Members are eligible to participate in the plan from their date of hire, and are eligible for the company match after one year of service and 1000 hours worked.

HSA Company Match

Team members enrolled in a company HSA plan will receive a quarterly employer sponsored match to their HSA up to $500 annually for individuals and $1,000 annually for non-single tiers.

Stretch those dollars by enrolling in Option Care’s Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts. Money deducted out of your check on a pre-tax basis can be used to reimburse yourself for eligible medical, dental, vision and childcare expenses. City dwellers who routinely take public transportation or who pay to park at their work location, can take advantage of our Commuter/Parking Reimbursement Plan, which allow you to use pre-tax funds to reimburse yourself for your transit expenses.

Awards/Recognition Programs

Option Care Health offers multiple programs to recognize and honor our team members. Our Hope Award program is designed to recognize outstanding team members and leaders on a quarterly and annual basis for significant contributions, business results and exemplification of our values. The DAISY Awards recognize nurses quarterly who are nominated for their compassionate care and clinical skills. In addition, anniversary milestones are celebrated with recognition and a cash bonus to highlight our team members’ commitment, dedication and hard work.

Family Support

Full-time team members are eligible for up to two weeks of paid Bonding Time Off following the birth or placement of a child. Also, Option Care Health partners with Upwards, the largest childcare network in the United States, to help families match with the best childcare provider based on their unique needs.

Mental Health Services

All full-time and part-time team members, and their dependents ages 13 and older, have access to on-demand confidential mental health care through coaching via text, self-care activities, and/or video-based therapy.
